Pros

Free leads are offered to agents that are created by their marketing. They are extremely busy most open enrollments, this one however has been more steady because its a second (added) one. I think that the company has realistic expectations for agents and explains that from the start - it's not easy, but it's doable if you are actually working. Some people think they can just make a quick paycheck

Cons

They could use some more support staff.

- Literally the best training I've had at an insurance company - Mentorship available through leadership and with other seasoned agents - Support, if you're working hard and showing that you're doing your best - You always know where you stand with leadership. - Great health insurance/ benefits

Cons

- could have more PTO benefits at the start of employment - can be stressful
