      Pros

      Alera has a fantastic culture founded on the ideals of collaboration and community. These are empty promises that the company makes, these values can be seen and felt my employees. It is great to work in a positive environment where everyone is willing to lend a hand to help out their teammates. Leadership does an incredible job of empowering and recognizing employees as well as listening to their employees.

      Cons

      With so many national offices, there are geographic barriers that make meeting face to face a rare occasion. Thank goodness for tools that allow us to connect instantly!

      Fast Pace and Great Culture

      Pros

      Very healthy work-life balance. The people here make all the hard work worth doing, with an excellent culture of working together and being there for each other. My boss has been very understanding through some medical issues and has worked with me to allow me to get to all my visits while still being part of the team. Everybody's approachable and friendly. Hard to imagine

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and there's a lot of work that goes with that. We do a lot of work and it can get stressful.
