Friendly Atmosphere - Opportunity for Growth
Pros
- regular team lunches, breakfasts, outings, happy hours, training, etc. - opportunity to learn about complicated but important topics (i.e. healthcare and tax reform), and they will teach you - opportunity to move up and around the company depending on your interests - little hierarchy - open-door policy - employees are friendly and helpful - benefits (401k match and PTO) are pretty strong
Cons
- they have been making a shift lately, but it's still a more traditional company. they make exceptions but don't expect to wear jeans everyday, have flexible working hours/work from home, etc. - it is sometimes hard to track down one or more of the partners when you need their input to move forward on a project. they travel a lot and are usually booked full. this can cause roadblocks - the bare minimum when it comes to paid holidays
