Pros

-They offer a good salary to start with and give you 3-years to hit your number. -They offer decent benefits

Cons

-Growth through acquisitions, not new business -Growing faster than they can keep up -Thinking growth through buying books is the way to go -Over promise during interviews and under promises once you start -Fake leadership -They do not understand what it means for a producer's growth and the time it takes - Nor how to grow a market. -Good luck getting them to let you host events/tradeshows/conferences -Leadership has a middleman to make all the decisions and can't direct the person directly. -They give you 3 years to hit your number with a high salary, but dont actually allow you the 3-years to hit your number.... -Leadership is extremely impatient, in this case it is a downfall. Just overall not a good place to work, I highly suggest asking a bunch of questions during the interview.

Pros

You can negotiate your "salary" You are not restricted geographically

Cons

Management is a major weakness here. Unfortunately, Mike Noyes lacks the leadership skills and vision needed to guide the team effectively. There’s no real culture—employees operate in silos, and collaboration only seems to happen when there’s personal gain involved. The hiring process feels like a pump-and-dump strategy, with little focus on developing or retaining talent. On top of that, the Houston branch does not receive the same resources, support, or opportunities as larger markets, which puts employees at a significant disadvantage.
