Company demanded current paystub from former employer Telesis. Would not negotiate salary. Matched same salary I was already making for 1 year prior. I was due for annual performance raise and did not receive it due to company change. I worked 2 years at the same salary. Everyone at the prime (All Native) received HUGE raises after leaving Telesis (old company). Alesig did us dirty and didn't give us anything extra. Benefits were poor. PTO was average. The CEO & Manager seemed shady. They made us meet them at a Wegmans and tried to tell us that "we're a consulting firm" and that they wanted us to bend over backwords for them and work multiple contracts for them. They wanted to take us away from the RNEC-NCR when we didn't even have a choice and was forced to work for them. Company and manager was a joke. Management NEVER talked to us again other than that one encounter trying to sway us into other contracts as a "consultant". And they expected all that while giving no raise, to work all their other contracts for nothing. I left for a better opportunity as soon as I could. RED FLAG! It took months before I ever met my direct manager and he NEVER showed face or communicated. We were forced to work with them or be without a job, we didn't ask to be their little pawns (consultants). Company is a joke!
