Pros

Great company, pay, and benefits. I've worked for several contract companies, large and small, and this is the first place I've felt like I could actually advance and not have to jump contracts to do it.

Cons

The company is mostly contract work so every program/contract is different. Your mileage may vary as far as leadership and customer goes.

They have good benefits and many jobs are remote.

Cons

Leadership does not follow their value statements. HR partners take discriminatory actions. Leadership and HR play favorites and treat different individuals differently. HR partners don't listen and interrupt. Be very careful if you choose to work here. Don't be critical of the favored employees.
