This company and my leadership have gone to bat for me more than once. They value their employees and are willing to make changes if needed to ensure an employee is heard and valued beyond the contract. The benefits are wonderful, and the choices of plans allow for me to craft a personal benefits package that has worked for me and my family. I am not just slotted into only one medical plan as I have experienced in the past with other employers. The hybrid work environment has also been amazing. As I transition to full remote, they have been very supportive of my needs to make that transition smooth. My leadership has been responsive to my desired professional development goals and have worked with me to identify areas I could grow into and have ensured that I am compensated at a very competitive salary. The diversity of my team has been wonderful, and I appreciate the many veterans I get the opportunity to work with across the company on my team and on other teams.
