Environment can be negatively shaped contract program lead or customer customer contract is for, just know what you are getting into.

great pay and benefits Aleut team is extremely helpful, normally people from corporate don't listen but Aleut is not one of them you get to see how some government projects work

Leadership played games and used thr Good ol boy system. If you didn't play along, they would set you up for failure and terminate you.
