      Pros

      Everyone at the company has an opportunity to succeed. The model is set up that if you follow the methods taught, you will build a relationship driven network that will allow you to thrive. It is not easy. It takes a lot of work, but if you are willing to put in the work, the company offers every possible resource to help you hit all your goals. I know a number of people in recruiting and no other company does as much for its employees as Alexander Technology Group

      Pros

      I’ve been working at Alexander Technology Group for over five years, it’s an excellent place to work. The ownership team is fully invested in everyone doing well and has brought on new tools and technology to make work as easy as possible. They have created a professional work environment that is fun and very rewarding. I would highly recommended working for ATG or any of our sister companies (KBW, The Nagler Group and Sales Search Partners).

      Pros

      Excellent company that cares about its employees and gives them the tools to be successful. Relationship first mentality .

      Cons

      A few years ago I would have said it's on-boarding process of new employees. But as the company continues to do, it listens to its employees and made excellent progress and solid changes in this area.
