Cons
PIP is given to genuinely hardworking staff and used as a justification to deny salary increments. Lack of transparency during the interview process. For example, I was told that no overtime was required, but in reality, overtime happens almost every day and sometimes even on weekends. The workload is extremely heavy, and many processes are still highly manual.
