1.Good canteen food 2.Good transportation facility

Cons

If you want a good start in your career don't join it. The managers in the Dapodi factory don't care for you & they know only one language that is marathi. They will throw you out after 1 yr training and are least bothered about you. Only thing that bothers them is their chair & project

Working environment is good, enough freedom for new ideas,you get to work onsite which a good experience , work pressure is not very high.

Cons

The compensation can be improved You are entitled as trainees for one year and then based on your performance, more on the vacancy available you are either absorbed or discontinued. After spending one year and then again being in a jobless position just because of no vacancy or projects( In which you have no role) your future is decided. This somewhat is a major drawback.
