      Good Learning related to Management and not so much of technical. Good environment.

      Cons

      GET's are hired for name sake. They will get their work done for a year and then you will be asked to leave. They promise to make you permanent on the basis of performance and availability. But no matter how hard you work you will be shown the exit door.
