Pros

The energy and the enthusiasm of the people is great. Everyone is open minded and easy to work with. In terms on tech stack, there is a lot to learn and the vision is to use the cutting edge tech for solutions and look for new things.

Cons

Sometimes it can get hectic and overwhelming.

Pros

We are in a major growth state, scaling and furthering our platform; this is truly an exciting time for Algo.ai. With this, I have still enjoyed flexibility to my schedule and work locale, encouragement and funds for furthering my professional education, perks in the workplace such as catered lunches, and a shared camaraderie with with my peers and managers.

Cons

Very fast moving, this is not for everybody - but most here find that to be a "Pro".
