Alibaba.com is one of the best internet company in China. And because of its open culture, and being a headquarter, there are lot of opportunities to learn different things. You can learn a lot in this company.

Cons

Alibaba is a fast growing company in the previous years, and because of this, many fundamental infrastructure and procedures are still not quite standardized. The org chart changes a lot.

Dominant player in China ecommerce.

Cons

Incompetent management. The founder only knows how to BS. Middle management only knows how to kiss up. The CEO Jonathan Lu has strong business sense, though.
