      Almost unbeatable benefits, among highest salary in China. Beside, it's big, and getting bigger everyday, which brings so many chances and challenges.

      Cons

      There is not as much Geek DNA in it as I expected. Growing too fast than it can manage well. Have to keep hard-working.
