Pros

Free Snacks. That’s actually listed as a perk on your job offer letter. Keep in mind, that’s in lieu of giving you a decent, market competitive salary.

Cons

Everything. Management. Instantly changing their direction and really not welcoming or engaged at the employee level. Executive team too large for the small size of company and really you did inexperienced staff because management aka owners refuse to pay market comparable Salaries to attain or retain the right employees. So you’re left with a lot of interns who turn employees working there then leave after cutting their chops.

Salary was lower when compared to other companies, not a lot of unique benefits such as stock options, equity sharing etc..
