      Working remotely is the only perk of this company.

      Cons

      Cut their 401k match. They will lay you off. High turnover that leads to no experienced people know how to manage files. Leadership doesn’t know how to use the systems. NO pay raises. They expect you to average 60 hour weeks during busy season with zero reward for it.
