      Remote work & good coworkers.

      The pay is not good compared to other companies. Barely any raises over the last two years. Very little room to grow professionally.

      The ability to work 100% from home. No office location located in Michigan.

      Cons

      Very long work hours, very little training, no way to meet any of your peers or your co workers face to face, difficult to develop a team or any comradery when you cant meet or work with anyone directly.
