Great people, flexibility, autonomy, work from home, challenging, no two days alike

Cons

Overworked, minimal to no raises over multiple years, short-staffed, constant competing priorities, skeleton staff at times, attrition

Pros

-Decent PTO amount -Company Culture & coworkers are chill -Great work from home options (depends on manager)

Cons

-Yearly layoffs are expected when sales don't meet the expectation. -Alight loves using offshore resources even though they're not always as effective as our US colleagues. -Annual raises meet the bare minimum. 2% if you over preform in your role and if the company is doing well. If one of these are missing you could expect less. -Super busy during annual enrollment season. -Old propriety system,so lots of transitions into new systems. -Not a lot of technical skills are transferable to other companies.
