      There’s still opportunities, but leaderships new focus is worrisome

      Pros

      For the most part, the people are still great and there is tons of flexibility to work alternate hours or remotely.

      Cons

      The computers for employees are frustratingly dated and the new leadership since the spinoff from Aon is more concerned with image and appearance over substance. The focus on the client has started to change to whatever hot topic has come up recently.

      This company is so focused on college recruits that they overlook experienced consultants. College hires are running the show here. If you are looking for a true consulting organization, keep looking. Turnover here is crazy!
