      Pros

      The amount of things to learn has been great…certifications and knowledge transfer has been extremely beneficial

      Cons

      You’re pushed to take ok projects even when at capacity. Projects are sold as launch but are in fact not leaving clients with a bad taste in their mouth. The hours are extremely long in order to meet deadlines and bug fixes. Management tries to sell you on the silver lining but there is none and the bonuses are not a reflection of your hard work in my opinion.

      Decent benefits, felt like I had job security, good work

      Cons

      Old work mindset. Work-life balance allowed you to go to appointments & such, but many team members would email or ping on weekends.
