      Pros

      Flexible work/life balance on the product side. Ability to work remotely. Cost of benefits is very reasonable. Opportunities to move to different departments within the organization. Minimal to no travel unless your job function requires it. Ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Program at 15% off - holdings vest immediately.

      Cons

      Very large organization means it's harder to be recognized and move up for quality work. Very poor bonuses, meager raises - if you get one at all. Poor communication from leadership. Frequent layoffs. Directional and Cultural changes take a long time in an organization this size.
