      - benefits are pretty good, though the cost of health could be better - dei is better than some places

      Cons

      - Consistent (every 6 months at least) re-orgs and layoffs. - new leader turnover every year - shifting strategy

      Pros

      Working from home is the only pro

      Cons

      No raise, but demand performance. They take and take and never give. They layoff without notice, and dont care who or how they impact you. You can be a spectacular employee meeting all of your deliverables and they will let you go. Insurance benefits are bad, they higher less than stellar customer service representatives that you have to babysit all day, because they dont want to pay for top talent.
