      Remote work - if that’s something you like

      Cons

      No work life balance Majority work is offshored and they’ve lost a lot of people. Zero support to deliver effectively to your clients Expectation is to keep working long hours and doing others job since positions aren’t backfilled off they’re too new Clients will yell at you for falling standards but when you raise concerns internally and request support it’s not available.

      Pros

      A general overview of day to day medical processes, procedures, and terminology. This jobs is only great for building relationships with your clients and understanding healthcare.

      Cons

      This job caters to individuals that are friends with upper management. As long as you're in with them you'll survive but if not, you're an outcast and you'll be left to correct their mess. It's a bunch of young irresponsible individuals that live with their parents and don't take their job serious. This job has also turned into a call center environment. The turnover rate is ridiculous.

      This job is heavy client facing. Not one or two but easily 10 plus. To keep up, you will have to work 45+ hours a week and if you don't then they will blame you for it. The client is always right and DAs are often the scape goat. This company was taken over by Alight but you will see similar posts of ridiculous work expectations under Hodges Mace. Training is even more terrible and culture is bad. Turnover is high and people are leaving or plan on leaving soon. Even veterans ( which is sadly 3 or 4 years) are leaving. Q4 is demanding season for DAs and there is no PTO for Thanksgiving or Christmas. There is no reason to come here and take on this stress.
