      Toxic Leadership Team, Useless Board of Directors

      Pros

      Middle-management people and below - great people to work with. They are keeping the boat afloat in an ever-changing environment in this company. Health benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic senior leadership and C-Suite. Useless board of directors. Stock price tanking and currently at an all-time low. Bonuses not getting paid due to complete nonsense of targets - meanwhile the ELT gets paid millions of dollars, every year, for the last four years.

      everything else! The hours are long and you are always "on call". If they offer you a company phone, be advised that they have a tool on it that tracks all activity and they own everything on the phone. If you connect your company email to your personal phone, they legal have the right to confiscate your phone upon termination of employment, whether it is voluntary or involuntary.
