Pros
I enjoyed almost every moment spent at Align due to: - a lot of interesting tasks (I mostly worked with 3D and 3D ML) - good processes and tools - helpful and understanding colleagues During my employment at Align I felt a recognizable boost in my technical skills and got to know many interesting people.
Cons
Slow carrer growth for part-time workers, but I guess that is pretty understandable. Spotted no other significant cons.
