Return to office 5 days. A huge mistake. The office morale is at an all time low and seems like everyone has one foot out the door. There is no benefit to agility or collaboration when 90% of your meetings are virtual. Doesn’t help that there are still a ton of remote senior leaders which clearly have exceptions.
