Pros
Increasing bench strength in marketing, great product, strong product innovation, company very likely to have a bright future. Senior leadership is down-to-earth and approachable. You get rewarded for stellar performance. New (very nice) facilities are conveniently located for a wide range of commuters: near SJC airport and 101.
Cons
Status as "FDA regulated product" makes marketing and managing this great product tougher than it should be. Many processes are still manual and paper-based (e.g., PO requests). HR on-boarding is quasi-nonexistent.
