Pros

Allows you to keep a vork-life balance. There is a mentoring system between employees within the company to share experiences and learn new things. Decent compensation for its region.

Cons

Bonuses have been cut back a lot in recent years. Not always transparent criteria for grade growth. Discourages remote work in favor of working from the office.

I worked at Align for 3 years, I truly enjoyed my time while working at the company and on my team. I think I joined during a period the company was going through a lot of growth and sales/profits began to take a hit. I think what Align is doing to ground breaking and that's what makes them leaders in their field. I think Align is too top heavy to sustain their P&L long term. I enjoyed collaborating with different teams and the support I received from my manager.

Cons

Not anything that stands out too much but they need to start trending in the positive. I joined just as their stock was taking a massive hit from $700 and now is around $225. They need to not be so middle management heavy.
