      Really great people to work with throughout middle management and below. Fair pay for the area, decent career opportunities, good products

      Cons

      Constantly changing leadership structure with seemingly conflicting priorities between regional and global leaders which causes confusion and frustration for teams beneath them. Highly matrixed organization which is challenging.
