Bad management, no career promotions. Promotions are usually based on nepotism and not actual merit. The company likes to make work for itself and is very sluggish. Too many proccesses and approvals, even for a medical device company. This results in slow development cycles and the company is falling further and further behind the competition. HR are not present at all, not for employee experience and not for management overview and audits.
