      -A lot of training workshops - Managers care about your career aspirations and invite you to shadow projects that might be relatable.

      Cons

      Some standard procedures are non existent and often times there are gaps in protocol.

      I enjoy working for this company. Things do change quarterly, but it keeps the job. Interesting. Benefits and pay are good.

      Cons

      Definitely fly by the seat of your pants company but I think that’s what makes it so innovative.
