Pros
Where to begin, I can only speak about my department given not all are the same. The team that was created and is currently intact is amazing, there is a great blend of Junior-Senior TAP with many being here for many years. We just witnessed a few promotions so the desire to grow/promote from within is encouraging. I never feel pressured to hit any numbers but the internal fire within keeps me going. This is a truly encouraging team. Upper management such as our Director and his direct reports are well educated and always ready to answer any questions.
