      Pros

      Invisalign and iTero are great products and lead their competitors in recognition. Territories are small and manageable. DDS and Orthos are great to work with.

      Cons

      Not much vertical mobility, targets are harder and harder to hit. A very political company .

      Pros

      Love Align! Training is very thorough and culture is very supportive. Love being part of sales team that also acts as a consultant role. We are true partners with our dental providers. Exciting industry and our technology far surpasses competition.

      Cons

      This has been my best career move in 18 years. No cons so far.
