There is a noticeable lack of employee support, and in some cases, communication feels restrictive rather than helpful. Situations that should be handled with professionalism and care are sometimes addressed in a way that creates discomfort and tension. While reading similar reviews on Glassdoor describing the HR management as having a “Soviet-style” approach, I found that I cannot disagree with that assessment.
