      Pros

      Still operates like a start up at times. Lots of opportunities for different work internally and have hired great talent recently which makes career growth even better. Support for employees is very high, with different gifts and fun events throughout the year. No employees were let go during the pandemic. The stock has been steadily rising and the CEO Joe Hogan has a good vision for the company.

      Cons

      Can be very unorganized at times and constant hiring means project transitioning isn't always fluid.
