      Strong leadership in most areas, cares about its people-how the company handled COVID-19 was a great example of putting people first; wonderful benefits, cutting edge technology

      As the company continues to grow, the demands of the business increase. Naturally, the headcount, resources, and tools can't always keep up. This puts added strain on many employees, resulting in heavy workloads, making it difficult to balance and prioritize.
