      Pros

      Our leadership has hired the right people for the team. They did a phenomenal job selecting this group. The atmosphere is open and inclusive, and I feel heard as a NEW employee. There are endless options for career mobility as each department head seems just as friendly as the last.

      The day-to-day job can get repetitive. Our pay is below the area average.

      - Lots of new projects with the latest technology stack. Management gives ample opportunity for everyone concerned to take lead and ownership of modules and projects. - Healthy team rapport. Very hardworking, dedicated team of professionals. - Kudos to management for being sensitive to work life balance and allowing flexible working hours.
