      Pros

      Challenging and interesting work. Talented team mates. True sense of innovation. A sense of excitement to try something new to streamline processes and technology. All voices and opinions are wanted, welcome and needed - and investigated.

      Cons

      I haven't come across any long term. We are in a temporary building so any seating challenges will be fixed shortly.

      living on the bleeding edge of technology will hurt, as you simply can't google how to do something if you're the first person to ever try.
