      - Work-life balance - General friendliness and helpfulness at the workplace - Good pay

      Cons

      - Recognition is not always fair. The same people keep getting recognized, and the work of others is disregarded - Clinical manager and supervisor don't have a dental background. - My supervisor doesn't even have a university degree - which is not something to be ashamed of per se, but when it comes to dental clinical professionality, I can't help but feel much more qualified than my supervisor. - Supervisor knitpicks on my work when she can't find any shortcomings to criticize.

      Pace can be exhausting. Management does not account for any time to fail and re-work in the schedule which means we sometimes deliver less than we would like to hit an arbitrary date
