      Pros

      Good engineering staff with soft skills improved better then hard skills. Friendly environment and peer to peer assistance from long working staff. Clever and strong old generation of company management and I enjoy to work with and learn from this persons.

      Cons

      Cargo cult with buzzwords from Gartner. Very strange management from investors with difference between declared and real goals. Much more bureaucracy and crazy actions from this new generation of management without data driven decisions. They don't respect agile manifest value like "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools" on straight way to enterprise life
