      Pros

      Co-workers, pay and benefits. There are good genuine people here but they are few and far between.

      Cons

      Culture! If you are not a yes person you will never get promoted. Oh and by the way getting wasted at the company functions is not a perk!

      Stock plan, free Invisalign, smart co-workers

      Cons

      No work life balance. Too many projects, not enough workers. Leadership is running scared, there is no vision, direction, or strategy in place. This creates a reactive and fear based culture.
