      Depending on your role, there are opportunities to participate in exciting projects; good PTO policy

      Cons

      Constant instability and chaos; terrible bonus structure and pitiful raises ~3% or less even if you're a top performer. Managers track number of badge scans to monitor office attendance, you will be penalized if you do not meet their attendance quota.

      The FP&A dept is the most toxic culture I've been a part of. The turnover rate in this dept is extremely high, and it was for a good reason. Management expected long hours, weekend work, and to be on 24/7. I would highly recommend staying away from the FP&A dept.
