Pros

Extremely profitable company in fast moving space, higher than average salary, ample opportunities to enhance processes lead to visibility

Cons

Weak leadership below executive management, improper prioritization of strategy outside of Sales and itero, bad processes and not enough people to properly support processes, attractive salaries are like “shiny object” to attract but the luster fades once you realize you are constantly trudging through mud and can’t make the impact desired.
