      Pros

      A great company that really understands the importance of collaboration and communication, wants their employees to develop and values everybodies contribution, and very future focussed.

      Cons

      Only con so far is that the company is growing so fast it's hard for processes to catch up, but overall very impressive operationally with this taken into consideration.

      A great employee-centric culture. I feel that I have a major impact in the short time I've been here and that I have a lot more to contribute. I was surprised with how cutting-edge technologies are in use across the organization and that innovation is part of the day-to-day Excellent benefits and work-life balance

      I had no previous familiarity with this organization before, but I can see that this is now going through a major change
