      A handful of colleagues that I enjoy.

      Micro managing, unrealistic expectations, frustrated customers, frustrated employees, everyone is unhappy, constantly adding to job description with no pay increase.

      Excellent salary, very competitive. Free aligners.

      Cons

      Toxic management, toxic culture. Bleed you dry and then want more. It was the worst experience of my life. When I tried to leave my manager wouldn’t let me, wouldn’t allow me to hand in my resignation bc the manager liked me alot and I got my work done (at the expense of my life and my family being ignored). In exit interview I communicated the issues that the the team had with the manager and nothing was done. Working here was a very depressing time in my life
