      Flexible schedule, top product in the category

      Cons

      Lack Luster Sales Training, Marketing is out of touch and can’t plan launches with out major set backs. Promotional programs are copy and paste from previous years (except program titles). Sloppy operations support for field sales. Pandering to Dental reps who are most of the headcount and do the least amount of revenue. VP and up are arrogant towards market trends and customer experience because the are too big to fail
