Pros

Fast growing company that gives employees the opportunity to take on new challenges and take over new responsibilities. Great team spirit and support from my manager. Everyone is putting his/her energy in their work for the company purpose: transforming smiles, changing lives. Especially during corona crisis the leadership team is taking care of their employees. I have the feeling that I am being heard, well informed and that my job is safe.

CEO, CFO and most of the higher-ups in leadership are employee oriented. Company cares for its employees and customers equally. Great talents to work with. Even in the hard times, company is standing true to its values which is certainly admirable.

Cons

Like any other companies, there are some bad apples causing too much politics and drama at times but on the grand scheme of things, these bad apples don't matter.
