      Fast Growing Company with Huge Potential

      Pros

      . Align has two products that have clear advantages over competitors and is very good at mass production. . Back to 2016-2018, it was expanding oversea markets at an unprecedented speed. The stock price was rocketing up and made it into SP500. . The company was also opening new offices worldwide. Very nice facilities.

      Cons

      The company was at a fast growing stage and experiencing the growth pain. The management team was not ready for a company of 10K employees.
