The company culture and approach has exceed my expectations as newly joined manager. There is an efficient process and coordination across Support Functions making my role less administrative and more business oriented. What I appreciate around the role: - Independence and impact on the business - Great business oriented approach and awesome product in core value proposition - Strong team of professionals - Good work conditions - Agile mindset - People in center of Company priorities (i was hired during COVID-19 period)
Cons
It's definitely a very intense and dynamic company to work for, which require good stakeholders and communication management - which might be a challenge for more junior profiles. Since it's a business oriented company - it's not 9-5 kind of job.
